Please be aware that during the program set up period (now through October 15th), order shipment will likely be delayed as Unitec is still in the process of setting up the inventory for this extremely large new program. Please be aware that your credit card will be charged when you place your order. A business day is any non-holiday Monday through Friday. Very rarely, our Operations Department is closed for extreme inclement weather and no shipments take place on those days.
- Orders placed after our start-up phase that (1) request expedited shipment (either Overnight or Second-day Shipment) and (2) are placed online before 8AM Eastern Time, will be shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after our start-up phase that (1) request expedited shipment (either Overnight or Second-day Shipment) and (2) are placed online after 8AM Eastern Time, will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders place after our start-up place that do not request expedited shipment will be shipped within three (3) business days of receipt of order.
If you require an expedited shipment that is not detailed above, Unitec will endeavor to accommodate you. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-627-0995 and select option 1 for Customer Service.

Your facility may have size-run try-ons that you can use to determine your best size. For more information on size-runs, click here.
Unitec will accept items for exchange that have been embroidered with your name or modified in any way but have not been washed or worn in the field. PLEASE TRY ON YOUR NEW UNIFORMS BEFORE WASHING OR WEARING THEM. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your purchase. Please try on your uniforms as soon as you get them.
To request an exchange, click here: Your Account Information and select Request Exchange for the appropriate order. Once you fill out your Request for Exchange form, your request will be reviewed by one of Unitec’s BOP Customer Service Representatives and you will be instructed by return e-mail on how and where to return your uniforms.
