Repair Request Form

REPAIR POLICY:

Unitec stands behind its products with the most convenient and comprehensive repair policy in the industry. We will repair or replace any BOP Uniforms purchased from Unitec with manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered:

• Issues due to not following care instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Damages caused by accident, improper care, or negligence
• Shipping costs to and from our facility for repairs

To request repairs:

• Freshly clean your items. Dirty items will be shipped back without repair
• Submit the form on the left with details on your situation
• Unitec will review your request to determine if it’s eligible for a repair or exchange. Once approved, our customer service team provides instructions for processing your repair request.
