Unitec processes orders within 1-2 business days.
Our automated system allows you to select how you want your order shipped. Most customers receive their shipment within 3-10 business days from when the order is placed.

Unitec stands behind its products with the most convenient and comprehensive repair policy in the industry. We will repair or replace any BOP Uniforms purchased from Unitec with manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for three months from date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered:
- Issues due to not following care instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages caused by accident, improper care, or negligence
- Shipping costs to and from our facility for repairs
To request repairs:
- Freshly clean your items. Dirty items will be shipped back without repair
- Submit a request to repair with details on your situation
- Unitec will review your request to determine if it’s eligible for a repair or exchange. Once approved, our customer service team provides instructions for processing your repair request.
Business days includes Monday through Friday excluding holidays. This applies to order processing, shipping, and availability of our customer service team. Very rarely, our Operations Department is closed for extreme inclement weather and no shipments take place on those days.
If you see a BOP authorized uniform advertised for a different price, we’ll provide you with a comparable discount. Simply email us a link to the price and/or promotional details at BoPService@unitec-corp.com and our customer service representatives will work with you. Does not include shipping and handling.
